How to Measure (The 2-Step Process)
1. MEASURE YOUR BAND (UNDERBUST)

While wearing a non-padded bra, wrap the measuring tape directly under your bust, right around your ribcage where the bra band would sit.

Ensure the tape is snug (but not too tight) and perfectly horizontal around your body.

Round to the nearest whole inch or centimeter.
2. MEASURE YOUR CUP (OVERBUST)

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually across the nipples).

The tape should be loose enough to be comfortable but not so loose that it sags. Keep it horizontal.

STEP 1: FIND YOUR BRA BAND SIZE
Use your "Band (Underbust)" measurement in either Imperial (Inches) or Metric (CM) to find your corresponding Bra Band Size.

The "Sister Size" Rule: If a band fits too loosely but the cup fits perfectly, try the next band size down and a cup size up (e.g., if a 36C is too loose, try a 34D). If a band fits too tightly but the cup fits perfectly, try the next band size up and a cup size down (e.g., if a 36C is too tight, try a 38B).
